Growing in Obedience to Christ

Since coming to the Lord, Jesus has done an amazing work and is transforming me into an ambassador for Him. He has led, taught, convicted, protected and used me in more ways than I would have ever imagined.

About a year and a half ago the Lord laid gave me a heart to tell others about His transforming love, redeeming power and amazing grace and so I let Him.

A few months later, God opened a door for me to take a step of obedience and took me to Istanbul, Turkey. It was there were God literally wrecked me for these people. My heart was broken for them, millions upon millions of people created in His image just in this one city were living a life I once have lived.

Upon arriving back to the states I knew God wanted me to use this passion here so I continue to heed to His calling and prayed. I had no idea what I was suppose to do, so I continually pressed in to Him and His word, praying for His leading and for opportunities. Then all of a sudden I was spending time with a group of Muslim girls on my campus and God gave me opportunity after opportunity to share my testimony and His love for me and them.

As God continues to teach me about His heart for the Nations, I desire to be an ambassador for Him and grow in my own personal walk with my savior and pray to be used by and for Him.

Brothers and Sisters,  God has yet again opened another door for me to grow as a disciple for Him and has brought me an amazing opportunity to go to Turkey once again for the month of December. I will be staying with a college student who is a missionary there, learning more of their culture, language and growing in discipline and obedience to God's calling. However, this cannot happen without God at the center, prayer or financial resources for transportation.

Please pray!
pray for the land of Turkey and the work God is doing there.
pray for the workers who are there that they maybe enriched and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
pray for me as I am asking for God's leading in this opportunity.

Also, if you feel as though the Holy Spirit is nudging you to give- I would much appreciate it, as this is not for me but the work God is doing.
